Air Conditioner Repair Service Disclaimer
Some air‑conditioning issues can be resolved immediately during the inspection. With an accurate diagnostic, many A/C systems simply need a bit of TLC, which can often be performed at the time of the service call.
Diagnostic service calls cannot be quoted in advance, as every cooling issue is unique and requires hands‑on evaluation to determine the correct repair.
Each service call includes:
Minimum 2 hours of labor — $220
Flat travel fee — $35.00
If your repair requires additional parts, consumables, and/or refrigerant, these items are billed separately. Because these costs vary based on the specific repair, they cannot be quoted upfront prior to completing the diagnostic. You may refer to our price list for details on how these variable costs are billed.
If your A/C system has a larger issue requiring a broader scope of work—such as major component failure, compressor replacement, coil replacement, or full system installation—the repair will require a formal quote from our service department. No replacement or major repair work will be performed without authorization from the homeowner or customer.
