What to Expect During a Service Call

Our technician will conduct a thorough inspection of your furnace, A/C unit, or full HVAC system and diagnose the cause of the issue. After reviewing the findings with the homeowner and clarifying any potential repair costs, the technician will complete the approved repairs and restore the system to proper working order.

Parts & Repair Timeline

Some furnace or A/C repairs may require ordering parts. Depending on availability and shipping times, this may extend the service over multiple days or weeks. Your technician will communicate this clearly once the equipment has been diagnosed.

Pricing

Every repair is unique, so we do not offer set repair prices. All costs are communicated upfront before any work begins. Please refer to our price guide for our pricing procedures. 

IMPORTANT: Depending on the type of repair that a unit needs, we may need to order parts in order to complete the work. Shipping of parts may prolong the length of this service over multiple days/weeks. Your technician will inform you of this concern once they have diagnosed the equipment.

We do not have set prices for repairs as each repair is unique. All costs will be communicated before work is performed. Please refer to our price guide for our pricing procedures.

Service Call Price Guide:

Your service call includes the time our technician spends diagnosing and repairing your equipment, billed at $110.00 per hour. A one‑time travel fee of $35.00 is applied to each visit to cover transportation and mobilization.

If any parts are required to complete the repair, those items will be added to your final invoice at the time of service. We’re committed to transparent, straightforward pricing so you always know what to expect.
