Every project begins with a review of the mechanical plans, specifications, addenda, and project requirements. We also appreciate the opportunity to walk the job site(s) to ensure the scope of work and preexisting conditions are understood/considered during the estimating process. 

Atlas evaluates:

  • Equipment schedules

  • Mechanical drawings

  • Controls requirements

  • Electrical coordination needs (if applicable)

  • Roof access, structural notes, and lift/crane requirements (if applicable)

  • Project phasing and site conditions (if applicable)

  • Atlas works directly with trusted equipment suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate, up‑to‑date pricing. 

Our estimating process includes:

  • Labor hours

  • Equipment/material pricing

  • Subcontractor quotes

  • Required rentals (cranes, lifts, trailers, etc.)

  • Travel time/Lodging (if applicable

Each proposal is delivered cleanly and professionally at the bid due date/time.

We accept bid invitations via email, directly through our website and/or through project management programs (Building Connected, Construct Connect, Procore, etc.)
